Considering ESG factors is part of our ethos and philosophy, and as a result, ESG considerations are an important part of our investment and risk processes.

We are committed to incorporating best practice principles of responsible investment into the way we invest and interact with our stakeholders.

Our ESG Framework and Policy is not prescriptive, but provides a framework of how to integrate ESG factors into our analysis and decision-making in order to drive sustainable long term value for our investors and all other stakeholders.

AvCap is a signatory of the PRI (Principles for Responsible Investment), the world's leading proponent of responsible investment, an independent non-profit organization supported by the United Nations.Where consistent with out fiduciary duties, we commit to the following:

• To incorporate Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG) issues into investment analysis and decision-making processes; 
• To be an active owner and to incorporate ESG issues into our ownership policies and practices; 
• To seek appropriate disclosure on ESG issues by the entities in which we invest; 
• To promote acceptance and implementation of the Principles within the investment industry; 
• To work with the PRI Secretariat and other signatories to enhance their effectiveness in implementing the Principles; 
• To report on our activities and progress towards implementing the Principles.
